Will Kitchen & Dougie Brown founded RedBear Sports in 2019 in Dubai, 7 years after establishing themselves in the region.

Together, they have more than 40 years of experience in professional sport, spanning time as athletes, in coaching and running sports organizations.

The wider RedBear team include specialist coaches, psychologists, strategists and partner consultants.

RedBear have extensive public and private sector experience including clubs, federations and governing bodies from grass roots to professional and olympic sport.
